Cybellum is a cybersecurity company specializing in keeping physical devices like cars, medical and industrial devices cyber secure.

Companies like Audi, Jaguar, Danaher, Rolls Royce, Arthrex and Mobileye use our Product Security Platform every day to make sure their products' software is safe from cyber risks.

Launched in 2016 by two security experts, with a team spanning 6 countries, we are a group of passionate professionals creating a whole new standard for product cybersecurity worldwide.

We are looking for a seasoned SDR who can leverage their experience in B2B sales development roles to excel at growing the pipeline, identifying qualified leads, and driving revenue growth for our organization.


  • Source qualified leads that will lead to pipeline opportunities through a combination of inbound follow-up and outbound activity.
  • Research, development, and nurture leads to qualification.
  • Maintain and grow database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects, identifying key players and generating interest
  • Manage and track all activities in CRM
  • Contribute valuable insight into the market as the first touch point with prospects
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams


  • English Native Language: You should be a native English speaker with exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • USA Hours: You must be available to work during regular USA business hours, which typically range from Monday to Friday.
  • Highly Motivated and Self-Starting: We are looking for individuals who are not only highly motivated but also have the initiative to start tasks independently.
  • 2+ Years' Experience in SDR, and/or BDR Role (B2B Focused): You should have at least two years of experience in roles such as Sales Development Representative (SDR), or Business Development Representative (BDR), with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales.
  • Drive to Succeed and Resilience: You need to have a strong drive to succeed and a proven ability to remain resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
  • Ability to Multitask and Prioritize: The job will require you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, so the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time is crucial.
  • Strong Phone Presence: You should have a commanding and persuasive phone presence, as you will be communicating with potential clients and partners over the phone.
  • Team Player: Being a team player is essential as you'll collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Proven Track Record: You should have a history of achieving sales targets or other relevant performance metrics.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs and prospecting tools (SalesNavigator, Apollo, Seamless, Outreach, etc)
  • BA/BS Degree a Plus: While not a strict requirement, a bachelor's degree is considered a positive qualification.
